Welcome to Edition 4 of the TJF Newsletter. Well the weather has been truely horrible but we hope you have managed to keep up the exercise. This month we are delighted to launch our new online health and fitness resource the TJF Blog!
THE TJF BLOG INTRODUCTION
The TJF Blog has been created to offer a really informative online resource for health and fitness as well as loads of downloads, tips and advice - all totally free.
Before you ask, yes we will still be running the monthly TJF newsletter - but for all you information junkies out there the TJF Blog will offer much more. There is an option to leave comments on the posts so please send us your thoughts - we would be delighted to hear what you have to say! Please click the link the TJF Blog and browse the navigation bar on the right hand side. You can register under the "Meta" category and then using your login you can leave us messages, reply to posts with your opinions or even send us information that you would like us to upload to the blog. As long as it is relevant we will upload it for all to see! The blog will be updated daily so check back regularly to see what's been happening!
