So I managed to find out that Nike actually sell Goretex trainers! I did get very excited and bought myself two pairs but they have proven to be amazing. Now I can cycle, run and train my clients without fear of getting soaking feet.

I am exceedingly happy as you can see and I though I woulg share this with you. If you want some just search google for “Nike triax GTX (10 or 11)”. They are pretty cheap too considering the quality!

Well its New Year’s Eve… This year has been truely amazing for us.

Ariane and I got married, we bought a house and our business is booming! Here’s hoping 2008 can match it - I sincerely doubt it though!

Surgery was two weeks ago and i’m already very very bored! The hardest part has been not been able to go outside and exercise. I have never felt like such a hermit.

But feeling much better today, totally over the anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory drugs and now its just the shoulder. So I see the surgeon next thursday and hopefully I will be able to start rehab. Before long i’ll be back training.

I can’t wait!
