Put Skipping into your workouts

I have had a horrible cold all weekend and still not quite over it. Its actually good timing what with all the floods. The last thing I want to do is be caught out in the rain in Hyde Park!
This Friday Ariane and I are going to Italy for 10 days which should be great. The weather is 35 degrees at the moment! Hoefully when we get back Summer will finally be here.
Before I go I will try to fit in a couple of workouts. One of the things I do and a great tip for all of you out there who are trying to get lean - I always train with Matrix sets and Super sets and I always put high intensity cardio exercises in between so not to waste time resting!
Try a workout routine with 30 seconds fast skipping in between your squat and lunge patterns. This will keep your heart rate right upo and make your workout much more efficient. If you can’t skip, take 5 minutes before your workout every day until you can. Its great for hand eye coordination and balance.
